Allergen & Ingredient Information

At Alfalfa, our food is prepared from scratch in kitchens where we work with a wide variety of ingredients, including most major allergens like fish, wheat, sesame, peanuts, soy, tree nuts, milk, eggs, and shellfish.

To support you, please inform our team of any food allergies or dietary restrictions before placing your order. While not all ingredients are listed on the menu, we provide a detailed Allergen & Ingredient Guide, available in-store and on our website. Recipes may change, so consult Guide regularly.

Please note: Because our kitchens, grill and beverage bar stations use shared counters, storage and equipment, there is always a risk of cross-contact. While we indicate when a menu recipe does contain an allergen, we cannot guarantee any of our products are allergen-free. Additionally, supplier variations and trace ingredients may also be present.

If you have a severe or life-threatening allergy, we strongly advise not dining with us.
